Avantgarde Shipping Corporation (ASC) is a manning agency duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to recruit Filipino crew members for all types of vessels. Avantgarde develops and implements Crew Training Programs for Principals’ vessels. Avantgarde does manpower resources pooling for ex crews and new crew for Principal’s Vessel. Avantgarde keeps Principals informed on new developments in the industry to assist them in their business planning and decision making.
