C.S. Santiago Construction Co

Founded in 1975, C.S. SANTIAGO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. started out as a single-proprietorship by its namesake Engr. Celso S. Santiago. Under a “Small B” category, it initially engaged only in minor land-based projects. In no time however its performance began to draw notice in the industry. By its incorporation in 1985, the company had flourished from its humble beginnings to emerge as a major player in the offshore construction market.
