Inka Crew Management was founded in Istanbul in 2017 and, as of 2024, maintains a crew pool of over 3,000 personnel. We continue to collaborate with nine vessels in our internationally respected fleet and one foreign shipowner. Our mission is to lead the way in excellence in human resources and operational management, ensuring that our fleet and the maritime companies we serve receive the highest level of employment support and operational efficiency.
