TOP CREW LLC is a licensed agency established in 2014 and focused on outstanding service for seafarers. This includes but not limited to training and recruitment, certification and visa support, travel arrangements. We are happy to find a job and offer assistance to all interested seafarers in obtaining substantial contract of employment and full package of travel documents based on MLC rules. We work only with direct employers or their official representatives, we do not charge seafarers for employment fee in any kind. We welcome experienced seafarers with good level of working English language in our office. We believe that trust and honesty are essential in transparent relations between office and seagoing personnel.
